About New Brighton Exchange
New Brighton Exchange comprises 100 acres of land located at the northwest corner of Interstates 35W and 694 in the city of New Brighton. The project was formerly referred to as the Northwest Quadrant due to its geographic location, a name which is still referenced in historical information. New Brighton Exchange is the largest redevelopment project the City has ever undertaken, with a long history dating back to the 1980’s. Elected officials, residents, and the business community collectively envision a new city center, which will be an extension of downtown New Brighton, and a place where one can live, work, play, and be entertained.
The goals of New Brighton Exchange include cleaning up environmental impacts left by former industry, expanding job opportunities, improving the tax base, creating more housing opportunities, and helping maintain New Brighton’s image as a great place to live and work.
Whether you’re a new resident or business, New Brighton Exchange is well-positioned for the future. It’s a community within a community…a place to call home…New Brighton’s newest neighborhood to live, work, and play.
